Booking Terms

By making a booking with OneAccord Taxi & Tours NZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed after we have sent you a confirmation email or message.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

For standard tours and services:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

For taxi and transfer services:

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before: No refund

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

For taxi services, we will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. For tours, it is your responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

5. Passenger Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk.

6. Safety and Compliance

Passengers must comply with all safety instructions and seatbelt requirements. Children must be properly secured in appropriate car seats as required by New Zealand law.

7. Personal Belongings

OneAccord Taxi & Tours NZ is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings left in our vehicles.

8. Pricing and Surcharges

A surcharge of $200 applies to groups of 5 or more passengers. Airport pickup incurs an additional $20 toll charge.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking purposes and to improve our services.
